I really like that article. It's especially encouraging to me because one of my Bible & Theology professor's kind of looks down on "secular" work. He's very anti-art which is so frustrating when I come out of his class. My entire field is LANGUAGE arts, and I feel like he devalues it every time he talks about what "true Christians" live like. With this professor, I've come to learn that I just can't believe what he says. He makes salvation too obscure. It's almost as if you have to know the Greek words and inflectional suffixes to be saved. But this is the professor who believes owning a house is worldly... I've considered giving up debating with this prof, but I want the rest of the class to know it's okay to disagree with him. (Most of them idolize him and follow him blindly. He's a very persuasive teacher.) So, I think I'll keep on truckin' in my stubborn ways...
All this to say... I liked the article. :)
