It is this second reason that provokes fear in the hearts of many people in the world because we don't know how to appropriately respond to the acts of violence committed by radical Muslims against Westerners and Western interests all over the world. Furthermore, most of us don't even understand what motivates such extremism and hatred for Westerners, but particularly Americans. This raises an interesting problem for the church in America because the gospel is meant to be extended to all nations - including Islam-dominated nations - and including those Muslims who would take great pleasure in killing you.
